For those of our clients that reside in Florida we have put together a resource, including relevant repossession information for the state.
Specifically, for repossessions in the state of Florida, it is good to understand that security interests have to appear on the lien holder's title. Also, the license plates need to stay with the debtor. And, repo recovery is only okay if carried out in a peaceful manor. You should also know that for registration, you can contact the Florida Division of Motor Vehicles at (904) 488-3881, where the title must be changed to lien holder’s name for liquidation.
Our company takes a great amount of pride in serving the state of Florida with repo services on things from small med. items to larger estates. Also, we will be happy to process your repo from the initial seizure to its resale and remarketing. What's more, we will happily handle the storage, inspection and appraisal of your equipment.
