Also, the license plates need to stay with the debtor. And, repo recovery is only okay if carried out in a peaceful manor. You should also know that for registration, you can contact the Florida Division of Motor Vehicles at (904) 488-3881, where the title must be changed to lien holder’s name for liquidation.
