Missouri Repossession Laws

We pleased to announce that we have put together a repo guide full of useful info for Missouri residents, including lots of relevant repo rules and regulations about to the state’s property recovery method.

Speaking of which, for repossession to happen in Missouri, it is necessary to know that the security interests are to be shown on title held by the owner of the collateral. And, plates are to remain with the debtor. Also, recovery is only allowed as long as there is not a disturbance of the peace after a 21-day Right to Cure letter is issued. For license registration, you can contact the Missouri Motor Vehicles at (573) 751-4509. Lastly, an affidavit of repossession and application for Missouri title are required for liquidation.

At our company, the staff has great pride in providing Missouri clients with our top repossession services on items from medical equipment to estate items and autos. We gladly process your property from the initial repo to its re-marketing. Furthermore, we will take care of securing, inspection and appraisal of your recovered property.
